SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Split Infinity Music ("SUPPLIER") for the software accompanying this license agreement, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE"). By exercising your rights to make and use copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this license agreement, you may not use the SOFTWARE.

This SOFTWARE is distributed as "shareware". You may install this program to test and evaluate for 30 days; after that time you must either register this program or delete it from your computer hard drive.

You may not alter this SOFTWARE in any way, including changing or removing any messages or windows.  You may not reverse-compile or reverse-engineer the SOFTWARE.

NO WARRANTIES. SUPPLIER expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE remains with you. THE SUPPLIER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

If you choose to register the SOFTWARE, and receive a software key to unlock any functionality of the SOFTWARE which was disabled without such key, you may not share, copy, distribute, or otherwise transfer such key in any fashion.

You are hereby licensed to make and distribute as many copies of the original installation file of this SOFTWARE as you wish, via electronic means, provided no form of payment or compensation is requested or accepted.
As a registered user you are entitled to have up to three copies total of the SOFTWARE installed on various computers simultaneously, provided that all the computers are within a 50-mile geographical radius AND that all the copies of the SOFTWARE are used by members of the same church congregation. If you need more than three copies of the SOFTWARE you must purchase an additional copy for each three additional computers.

All copyrights to the SOFTWARE are exclusively owned by the SUPPLIER (Split Infinity Music and Brandon Munday).

Installing and using the SOFTWARE signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of this license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove all copies of the SOFTWARE, either installed or uninstalled, from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
