We guarantee your satisfaction, and we accept product returns after you give us a chance to resolve any issues you are facing. However, we charge a restocking fee of $5 or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is larger, and shipping charges are not refundable. These fees will be withheld from the total amount we refund to you.
